Paris One by The Five - for true connoisseurs of designer boutique hotels. Here, a single number - the dream of an astronomer - is reminiscent of a starry sky map.

Remember the movie "Paris, I love you"? Twenty love stories that unfold in the French capital. And each has its own world, its own Paris. The One by The Five Hotel could be the scene of one of them. This is also its Paris, very special.

The interiors of the hotel are reminiscent of the famous Parisian cabarets and cafesantans - "Moulin Rouge", "Lido" and others. Although the use of the plural in this case is not quite correct: in One by The Five, the interior is only one, in the form of a single number. The owner, Philippe Vaurs, has long dreamed of opening an unusual hotel. As a result, the concept of a non-hotel was born, where they offer a unique experience - to feel like a single guest. There are six rooms in the room. Each not only has its own purpose and is framed in its own way, but it even smells differently (aromas are selected specifically for each guest according to their preferences). The main goal is the awakening of all five senses.

The One by The Five was designed by renowned architect Vincent Bastie and decorator Sandrine Alouf. Parents Sandrine from Belgium and Lebanon. She believes that this mix of Europe and Asia could not but affect her work. It is not surprising that with all the purely French spirit of the hotel, there are some spicy, oriental notes here. A photographer by training, a set designer by profession, Sandrin knows how to create an interior performance. From there, from stage life, cascades of heavy draperies, curtains of scarlet velvet - the main element of the room. Sandrine focused on intriguing details. In the hall there are photographs of antique sculptures from the Louvre, and a cocktail recipe specially created for One by The Five is engraved in the kitchen mirror. The most amazing thing is the “cloudy” bedroom (a pattern in the form of clouds decorates the floor and ceiling). Here, none of the furnishings touches the floor, and the “suspended” bed is most impressive. Due to the unusual illumination, there is a feeling of some unearthly, outer space.

The creators wanted the guests to feel that they were not in a hotel, but somewhere under the starry sky of Paris, in the atmosphere of a romantic fairy tale. And they succeeded.
