Very tasty lenten dish - lentil soup. And on the second try the fish Lophiidae baked with vegetables. Jorge Sevilla, brand chef of Globus Gourmet grocery stores, shares recipes.

Jorge Sevilla reports: “Fill the lentils with water, dice the potatoes and carrots. Boil lentils with carrots and carrots until tender. Then put the rest of the vegetables, also diced, in the soup, cook for 5 minutes, then add the cilantro, spinach, spices and bring the soup to readiness. Serve on the table, sprinkled with chopped cilantro. Take the fish fillet Lophiidae, marinate it for 30-40 minutes in lemon juice, and pre-fry the vegetables. Put the vegetables in a heat-resistant dish, on top of them - pre-salted fish, pour all the broth and put it in the oven. We bake 30 minutes at 180 ° С. ”

  • Bulgarian red pepper - 75 g
  • Bulgarian green pepper - 75 g
  • Fresh peeled potatoes - 250 g
  • Garlic, whole, unpeeled heads - 35 g
  • White onion - 100 g
  • Red onion - 100 g
  • Fish broth - 250 g
  • Salt (for broth) - 5 g
  • Allspice, peas - 2.5 g
  • Thyme fresh (twigs) - 0.5 g
  • Bay leaf - 0.5 g (one and a half sheet)
