The authors of the project are faced with the difficult task of forming a living space in an apartment of a rather unusual shape: the house in which it is located is lined up in a semicircle, and all the apartments in it have the shape of a fan and face two facades. This architectural design of the building was caused not so much by the desire for originality, as by the terrain in which it is located: the house was built in a park on the banks of the reservoir, and the designers had to adapt to the existing landscape in the first place.
