Eastern aesthetics have always fascinated European artists and in many ways contributed to the emergence of ethnographic motifs in interior design, and the minimalism inherent to the Orient has been incredibly popular for several years now. This is confirmed by the restaurant "Yellow Sea" (B. Polyanka st., 27). The Japanese theme is developed here not by borrowing ethnic motifs, but by creating a minimalist interior characteristic of modern Japan. The only concession was the decision to leave the European tables in the restaurant and create an open-air karaoke room, which is unacceptable in the classic "oriental" version. In the elongated room on the ground floor there is a sushi bar and a karaoke room with comfortable sofas, the second floor is the restaurant itself with translucent curtains, as well as a VIP zone. In fact, in both halls, only Japanese hieroglyphs on the walls remained truly Japanese. The courtyard adjacent to the restaurant has already been resolved in a high-tech style, which is also characteristic of modern Japan and is very much loved by our public. An additional entresol was built in the courtyard, a dance floor was placed, a small stage. Such a variety is designed to satisfy any, even the most exacting taste, and therefore in the evenings the restaurant is full of guests.
