Fremaux – Delorme has been producing high-quality bed linen for almost 170 years. We visited the factory, the Yves Delorme boutique and the estate of the company's owners

The tour was conducted by Amory Fremo, CEO of the company. “Today the factory is equipped with the most modern equipment,” he said. “And once there were only hand looms (one of them you saw in our museum). It all began back in 1845, when here, in a suburb of Lille, Ernestine Fremo founded a textile factory. ” The next milestone in history can be considered the year 1860: then the workshops were equipped with fundamentally new machine tools designed for a 16-hour work cycle. There was both spinning and weaving; cotton and linen fabrics of various weaving, including jacquard, were produced — both for clothing and for bed linen. The modern history of the company begins in the 80s of the twentieth century, when Dominic Fremo took the helm. He met Yves Delorme, a talented stylist, decorator, and interior designer. The company FREMAUX – DELORME staked on an exclusive design and in addition to bed linen began to produce a bath line - towels, bathrobes.
