Spanish restaurant El Parador architect Vsevolod Sosenkin made like an old medieval castle. Deliberately rough furniture (as if chopped with an ax), massive oak tables, wrought-iron chandeliers resembling the wheels of an old cart, stone floors paved with mosaics, woven woolen tablecloths. All furniture, lamps and even a fireplace-roaster, in which dishes are prepared on an open fire, were made according to the sketches of the author of the project. The menu includes the freshest fish and seafood from Spain, aromatic meat and fine sauces and, of course, the symbols of Valencia - gorgeous paella, famous jamon and homemade cheeses. The pride of the restaurant is a unique collection of wines from 30 regions of Spain.

Address: Moscow, st. Tverskaya, 12/2 (entrance from Kozitsky Lane.)
