The architects from the Vincents office carried out a large-scale reconstruction of a private bank. The new office is located in a house built at the end of the 19th century by the project of German architect Heinrich Karl Shel — an outstanding architect, whose works are rightfully considered the pearls of the architectural and historical heritage of old Riga.

The architects from the Vincents office carried out a large-scale reconstruction of a private bank. The new office is located in a house built at the end of the 19th century by the project of German architect Heinrich Karl Shel — an outstanding architect, whose works are rightfully considered the pearls of the architectural and historical heritage of old Riga. The concept of the Gunas Eglite and Maris Grodums is the interior in the style of a 21st century boutique, emphasized respectable, reflecting the company's core values: reliability, stability, and well-being. Sources of inspiration for the architects were the philosophy of the bank, as well as the historical context — the building itself, with rich architecture inspired by the Italian Renaissance palace.
