Restaurant "Dantes", not having time to open, has already become one of the most fashionable places in Moscow. In the evening, a queue is formed at the entrance. There are at least two reasons for this success: First of all, host Evgeny Katsnelson positioning its new project as "anti-Pushkin", and secondly, the mix menu from Russian, Chinese and Japanese cuisines is a win-win option, this is for all tastes. “I think,” says the author of the project, “that the Pushkin restaurant has become a place for foreigners, it’s really one of the most expensive and beautiful restaurants in the city. Dantes’s personality is not attractive to me. I just wanted to open such a restaurant where I could would come the creative intelligentsia. " "Dantes" is in the former apartment building of 1864, and the old brickwork, and ceiling moldings, and wrought-iron lattices, and deliberately left shingles on the ceiling look very organically in this building and in this interior. The main hall, summer terrace and lounge with an open kitchen are made in a light eclectic style. This interior is very reminiscent of a French cafe somewhere in Montmartre.
