Having been to Singapore, Arkady Novikov decided to open a restaurant with pan-Asian cuisine. Perhaps the main attribute in the new Mr. Lee (the so-called restaurant) became a wooden pagoda, which was bought by a restaurateur for his personal collection. It all started with her. And then it was a matter of technology to recreate the atmosphere of Shanghai oriental restaurants. As in China, it has its own library with old books, and "oriental" crystal chandeliers that resemble bells in pagodas, and silk-screen printing on the walls ... Lovers of pan-Asian cuisine in Mr. Lee should try poached egg in sweet soy sauce, chicken salad, shrimp and pomelo, spicy-sour seafood soup and crispy shrimp in Tom Yam sauce.
