He graduated from the most authoritative School of Architecture Association in London. In 1981 he founded the firm One Off Ltd, in 1989 - the studio Ron Arad Associates (both together with Carolyn Thorman), in 2008 the Ron Arad Architects bureau was opened in parallel. Retrospectives of Ron Arad were held in the largest museums of the world: Pompidou Center (Paris), MoMA (New York), Barbican Center (London), Pinakothek Agnelli (Turin), Design Museum (Holon, Israel).
