Архитектор Alexander Weisfeld создал в гостиной московской квартиры изящную фантазию на тему творЧества мэтра эпохи ар деко Рене Лалика The owners of the apartment have decided to place the home cinema in the living room, which, in turn, is part of an open public space. The architect was given two tasks. First, it was necessary to visually separate the living room-cinema from the hall and kitchen premises, without disturbing the general impression of openness; secondly, to create a local space with a special mood, suitable for both receiving guests and for cinema viewing. The solution was unusual. Alexander Weisfeld organized the space bounded by semicircular frosted partitions (behind them the hall and kitchen are hidden) and causing associations with the rotunda in the park. Through its translucent walls, it is as if thickets of laurel are visible, the ceiling is twined with grapes ... The thinnest glass carving in the spirit of René Lalique creates the effect of additional colorful drawing of the ornament, and the “pattern” changes every time depending on what kind of light is on. The design and complex illumination of the "roof" evoke the deceptive feeling that it hovers above the columns. It is known that glass is an awkward factor from the point of view of acoustics. The room formed by the two semi-circles is also. The installers leveled negative resonant vibrations with the help of additional speaker tuning. This refined interior has been suited by how elegant and high-quality acoustics. BANG&OLUFSEN.
