The building of the former Moscow Silk Factory (Moscow, Savvinskaya Emb., 12, p. 8), built at the beginning of the last century by the famous architect Roman Klein, opened the Maisoncafe (maison with French. - "House"). The original position of the architects - virtually nothing to change in the old architectural solution - turned out to be more than correct: large windows, a five-meter ceiling, columns, brick walls, a perfectly preserved foundation — all this space looks like a kind of loft. The interior turned out to be seasoned and calm, resembling a black and white photo. Most of the things and accessories of the new institution were made according to the author’s sketches of the architectural group Anno Domini. The interior was decorated with antique Danish wood stoves, DRIADE crockery, BSF cutlery and glass from ROSENTHAL.
