The house for receiving guests was conceived as a continuation of the main house, decorated in art deco style. While designing it, the architect Roman Petintsev and the decorator Olga Dorofeeva “kept in mind” the identity of the customer - strong, courageous, charismatic. As a result, the character and lifestyle of the owner are reflected in the design of the house. But the interior of the house for receptions was even more personalized and original, because it was here that the customer realized his dream.

The house for receptions is a modern castle, which is based on the concept of the interior for your favorite pastime with friends. The staircase and library are made according to the sketches of the authors of the project. Monogram with the initials of the owner is “engraved” on the marble floor.

Roman explains: "The name" guest house "is not quite the correct designation. Guest function is only one side. It would be more correct to call it home for receptions. Its main role is to receive guests at a decent level. But mostly it is a den, an impregnable male fortress, where the customer likes to spend time alone and sometimes invites friends. ”
