SSP, the leading food and beverage industry operator, provided detailed information on the 428 million euro contract: as part of the reconstruction, it is planned to create 22 (!) New retail and gastronomical points. For example, Pierre Erme, who was named “The best chef in the world”, a young but already famous baker Gontran Cherier and other talented chefs, will settle here with his cuisine.

Jouin Manku thinks out the architecture for a healthy food restaurant, EXKi, the premium burger Big Fernand and the French bakery Brioche Dorée. The four floors of the renovated space, according to the SSP, should satisfy the needs of “travelers entering the prosperous capital city”. Fourteen locations will open in December 2018, three in 2019, and another five in October 2020.
