In the historic building of Moscow - the hotel "Metropol" - opened meat restaurant "Antrekot"

Restaurant "Antrekot" overlooks the Theater Passage. In an old mansion Elena Turina put red velvet chairs, painted the ceiling, decorated the main hall with large chandeliers. Miniatures from Parisian life and aged mirrors appeared on the walls. The main part of antique pieces of furniture the author of the project brought from France and Belgium. Antrekot's chef, the famous Dmitry Zotov, prepares exclusive meat dishes, the unique recipes of which he invents himself. And one more exquisite detail: all dishes in “Antrekote” are served on handmade plates; French masters make them for two more famous restaurants in Paris - “Atelier of Joel Robuchon” and “Chateaubriand”.
