The large garden is located on a plot with a significant height difference, which determined its complex, multi-level layout.

The designers from the landscape bureau Mokh had the task of integrating the main house, the spa area and the sports ground into a single composition, for which they created a spectacular yet ergonomic frame. For example, the water intake system was carefully thought out to be used later for irrigation, the need for which, in turn, is automatically adjusted depending on weather conditions.

An artificial pond with a groundwater inflow has a depth of almost three meters. On the one hand, its banks are covered with boulders, on the other - lined with irises, daylilies, mountaineers and Tradescantia
