The new seafood restaurant "Thursday" is almost entirely made of concrete. Before the author of the project customers set the task to build an expensive restaurant with a limited budget. The result was a very stylish and "architectural" interior.
On the runways that run down to the windows, swirling booths are freely scattered, which makes Thursday look like a huge aquarium. Concrete embraces and local light create an atmosphere of isolation. In the center of the hall, a cascade of levels is cut by a wide mosaic ramp leading up to the summer terrace. In the depths of the hall there is a VIP-tower, around which a bar counter, a grand piano and a frosted glass wall separating the kitchen revolve. Through a wide window, guests of the restaurant can observe the cooking process of ordered dishes. Three towers-toilets with a high wall separating them from the hall resemble a narrow street.
