Gathering at the round table, interior design experts discussed issues relating to the problems and interests of the architectural and design community, in particular, the new INTERIA AWARDS 2010 Award, evaluating the work of designers and decorators. Also, the participants of the round table discussed the questions of who should be considered an interior designer and what professional requirements should be placed on this profession. A proposal was made to divide interior specialists into three categories - interior architect (architect), interior designer (designer) and interior designer (decorator), in order to subsequently develop professional standards for each of the above-mentioned categories of professionals, taking into account the characteristics of each categories.
