It is no coincidence that the owners call this project a guest house (or apartment). Here you really feel at home. The atmosphere of the place has to this, the interiors are decorated in such a spirit. The project, unique in its own way, was created by Moscow architects Olga Scherbakova and Yuri Zubenko. The house has seven apartments of different sizes, there are two-level. In several rooms, fireplaces, in the rest are cozy French stoves. Rest in the mountains because you certainly have to be with the evening by the fireplace. The apartment has everything that guests may need, right down to the smallest detail (porcelain dishes and blankets, for example). You can rent a room for the weekend, and for the season, for example, having moved in the summer to such a “summer cottage”. All seven rooms have their own kitchen, varying the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a children's club, in which the dance class is located. An important plus is its covered parking at the house. Architects describe the interior as very English: in a balanced range, with characteristic elements of decor. One of them is a dark wood boiserie with which the reception desk is decorated. The wall behind it is painted in a cold “English” shade of green. And the floor in the anticipating reception hall is laid out with genuine English tiles of the brand ORIGINAL STYLE. Architects found a solid atmosphere of the rooms at such famous brands as BAKER, BARBARA BARRY, TETRAD, MORELATO, and sanitary ware from the ItaliansDEVON. The second style component of the interior is the French chalet. Yuri Zubenko says: “We have the author mix. We wanted to convey the feeling of rest in the mountains, because he has a special atmosphere. It was important for us that each guest has his own personal experience of this place. ”
