Residents of this elite village know a lot about life in nature: all the houses here are built with the expectation that people will spend most of their time in the fresh air. From here there are a lot of open terraces and verandas that give the buildings a distinctive look and enable the owners to be closer to nature. “When I started working on the project, the house was a wooden box with a free layout,” says Marina Putilovskaya, an interior designer. “But in this bare construction, the idea of unity with the surrounding landscape was read. Large window openings, the presence of terraces — all testified to the village-oriented concept. Therefore, we attached great importance to the arrangement of spacious terraces. Equipped with comfortable upholstered furniture, they turned into one of the central places in the house. Serious changes occurred in the layout: as far as possible, we increased the amount of usable space and planned the space based on the needs of the family. On the ground floor there are logical accommodations of the public zone. The second focused on the private apartment owners: bedrooms, bathrooms and dressing rooms. Among other things, an office with panoramic windows was attached to the main building, from where a beautiful view of the pine forest opens up. ”

The interior of the house is distinguished by dense, rich colors and luxurious textures. Due to them, the interior looks especially organic and colorful. “Despite expensive finishes and solid furniture, the interior is hardly ceremonial or palace,” notes Marina. “This is a cozy, warm and festive house in a mood that radically differs from concrete counterparts. In the stone walls is extremely difficult to create comfort and a sense of nature, penetrating inside. Everything is very natural and harmonious here. The color range is the most natural and at the same time complex and bright. These are shades of the earth, late autumn: rich red, dark green, brown, dark ocher. Mixed in the same interior, together with the same natural and spectacular textures, they make the space at home alive and enjoyable to live. ”
