The basis of this interior, designed by Stanislav and Ekaterina Bakurins, was the concept of an apartment as a place of rest from the urban pace of life, a place in which its own special world was created. Its appearance is determined by the combination of classical and modern elements, calm colors, natural materials and clear lines.

The owners of this apartment had different ideas about the future interior. The head of the family wanted the space to be formed by strict and clear lines, simple shapes, calm colors and natural materials. The hostess of the house saw the interior cozy and warm, preferring living plant ornaments and soft textures. The authors of the project had to combine all these elements into a harmonious ensemble. “There were no strict restrictions on the choice of style, it was important to make the space as comfortable and quiet as possible, to turn an apartment into an island of rest, free from the rhythm of a big city,” says Stanislav.
