Designer Ron Dayan designed a mansion in the spirit of European classicism in Beverly Hills

American designer Ron Dayan (Ron Dayan) studied in Europe, then returned to the United States and in 1979 founded his Piccadilly Designs bureau. Ron worked for a long time on the Hollywood clientele. The name of the owner of this mansion is not disclosed, but it is natural to assume that this is also a celebrity.

The customer bought a plot with a house in Beverly Hills and turned to Ron for advice. The designer proposed to slightly adjust the layout, but the main changes should have affected the interior. Ron completely reworked him.

The mansion turned into a real European palace. Ron was helped by the skills of a stage designer (for a long time he thought out scenery for American and English films). The facade is designed in ocher tones. The interior is also a variation on sand. Light walls, floors and ceilings are shaded by dark door portals and cornices. The color of the tree is beautiful, deep, maroon-brown. The furniture is also mostly black and brown. Ron says that such a color solution is characteristic of status, expensive interiors. The floors of the first floor are lined with marble, on the second - a parquet of light wood. On the second floor there is a staircase with elegant silver plated railing. The designer wanted to recreate the atmosphere of the Roman palaces, in the interiors of which the flight of stairs plays the main role. The project was equipped with state-of-the-art technologies: it is possible to remotely control the life support systems at home from anywhere in the world. The furnishings were selected in different parts of the world: there are Italian handmade furniture, and works by Argentinean craftsmen, English carpets and textiles from France. Ron also has a rich experience as a landscape designer: the area around the house has been landscaped under his leadership. In particular, they reconstructed the front alley leading to the main entrance and planted olive trees along the walls of the mansion. Ron also redid a large outdoor pool, equipping it with a special LED lighting system that changes colors every thirty seconds.
