Decorator Irina Trubnikova made a home for a friendly family; Three generations live under one roof. Customers asked to arrange it in the European style. They wanted the interior to convey the mood of several countries where they like most to be - Italy, France, England

Family by modern standards patriarchal: three generations. Customers are familiar with Irina Trubnikova long ago. Mutual understanding, which usually develops in the process of work between the decorator and the customer, in this case already existed. A happy start largely explains a good result. And the house turned out really good. And from the point of view of planning, and from the point of view of the artistic decision that suited everyone. Although this is a priori difficult task, remember that people of different generations have different views on interior design. Which, in general, can be reduced to the fact that young people want something close to cool minimalism, and more mature people want something warmer and more comfortable, close to the classics. However, Irina managed to find a compromise between these two approaches. She chose classics as a style base, but tried as much as possible to “ease” it due to the color of light tones of walls, floor, furniture and textiles combined with gilded details of forging, chandeliers and mirrors.

This house Irina led, as they say, from and to: first she gave consultations during the purchase by the owners of the "box", then she was engaged in reconstruction, then decorated the interior. “The staircase in the house is one of the most important details,” says Irina. “It should be, firstly, comfortable, and secondly, spectacular. she must really run. " It is clear that in a respectable house the rhythm should be completely different - unhurried, with a natural pause at the site, from where you can take a look at the hall. Ladder remade dramatically. For her marble beige veins Irina Trubnikova ordered in Italy, and forging - from local craftsmen. The wrought-iron fence of the staircase gilded, and this gave it a completely courtly appearance.

The layout of the house is quite traditional: downstairs there is a hall, a living room, a dining room, upstairs there are bedrooms of all family members, guest rooms. The owners asked the decorator to make for them separate apartments in the neighboring house (for the time being a guest). With a separate entrance, with its living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. There, the decorator arranged everything in the image and likeness of their first apartment, which she made back in 1998 and with which they have so many memories. The favorite furniture was transported to the new house - a dining room group, cabinets, a bed. In artistic terms, the guest house is a certain point of reference, the initial theme. Other rooms are developing it. And in the metaphorical sense (enrichment with "European" associations), and in a purely applied (saturation with color, precious materials, decorative details).

For example, the so-called tea room is designed in a conditionally French style. The main color is creamy, very delicately complemented by gray-blue. “These tones themselves are already very French,” says Irina. “But the picture would not have been complete without armchairs in the style of Louis XVI, a round table, a characteristic wrought chandelier painted in creamy color, and air draperies, behind which are typically French floor-to-ceiling windows ceiling. " The style of the hall, living room and main dining room is more difficult to determine. There are a lot of beige and pink Italian marble, all the furniture is from FRANCESCO MOLON, but this is not a reason to consider these premises as purely Italian. Here, for example, there are chairs in the style of the same Louis XVI and still lifes in the style of the Dutch hang. This was the task of the decorator - to create a comfortable, conditionally European style. For example, cabinets here, in our - Russian - look, are typically English (although the British might want to see a chair in the style of Queen Anne or Chippendale here). But isn’t this what the decorator’s professionalism consists of - thus making a selection of decorative facts within the framework of style in order to make life comfortable among them? And not a conditional person, but this particular one. And let the style be conditional.

Decorator Irina Trubnikova: "The family who lives in this house is admirers of the classics. They spend a lot of time at home, which is why it was important to make the house particularly comfortable. But at the same time not boring. Therefore, different rooms are made in different variations of the same style - conditional conservative European .
