The project of the American bureau SOM - the 55-storey skyscraper Beiging Greenland Center is located in the business district of Davangjin. The facade of the three-sided tower is entirely decorated with interlaced interlaced glass panels. Such a decision visually makes the building easier, and from the practical side, the facade creates the effect of an “independent shadow”, protecting the interior from direct rays. Finally, the glass surface reflects the sun along the street, giving it additional lighting, which is important for Beijing, a city covered in smog.

The height of the Beijing Greenland Center multifunctional center is 260 m. The facade of the building is decorated with interlaced glass panels. One of the functions of the glass facade is to reduce the amount of sunlight in the interior.

Beiging Greenland Center is a modern multifunctional center. Most of the floors are occupied by office space. In the upper part of the building there are 178 apartments with a panoramic view of the city that is traditional for high-rise buildings. The lower tier is given for shops and restaurants. The engineers who worked on the project also took care of energy savings - it is assumed that its consumption in the skyscraper will be below the stated level by 30%.
