From May 25 to May 28, 2018 in the Central House of Artists, the fifth Wood Works exhibition will be held, dedicated to the art of working with wood.

Organizers rely on manual work, individual design, local production, small circulation and environmental friendliness. The participants of the exhibition will be carpentry workshops and small design bureaus, creating furniture, accessories, decoration, art objects and architectural solutions from wood.
Companies include Woodi Furniture, Belsi, Woodled, Woodsun, Montly, TreeDesign, DasStudio, Dream Manufacture, Klimenko Workshop and many others. The geography of participants includes Moscow and the Moscow Region, St. Petersburg, Tolyati, Yaroslavl, Krasnodar, Belgorod, Kazan and Yekaterinburg.
One of the new events at Wood Works is the open design competition Maker’s Design, which is held along with Maker’s Mark craft bourbon. The task of the participants is to present items or accessories related to the bar, cocktail culture. The main prize is the production of an experimental batch of the winner’s project. In the CHA, the second stage of the competition will take place: the finished prototypes of the finalists will be presented.
