The Normanna series is dedicated to the Norman Conquest of Southern Italy of the XI-XII centuries and the creation of the Sicilian kingdom, which ceased to exist an Islamic emirate. The architectural structures of this period combine Arab, Byzantine, Romanesque and Norman features: buildings with characteristic domes, clever carvings, colorful mosaics. Motives peculiar architecture, so characteristic of Palermo, the designers rethought in their lamps.

Ceiling light, half opaque, made of blown Murano glass. Only seven shades: ruby, amethyst, amber, green apple color, emerald green, Mediterranean blue and London gray. Hidden under the fringe base - brass. Models are offered in three sizes. Limited collection: each version of the lamp is available only in nine copies.

A series of Normanna released company Purho - this young Italian brand specializes in Murano glass products. The collection was presented in the framework of the Milan Design Week 2017.
