Living room turns into a cinema. the screen is turned, the projector turns on. Loggia windows are closed with thick curtains of iridescent chameleon fabric. Variability and versatility are close concepts. At the very least, the lizard figurine is read in the context of this interior as a symbol of its "chameleon" function. Leather upholstered furniture, silk tapestries on the walls, a column trimmed with onyx and granite, artistic parquet made of olive wood ... The living room, in fact, is part of the elegant public space of the apartment, the interior of which makes you think that the idea of bourgeoisness can be very very attractive. And if secular etiquette tells a lady to go out for breakfast in a light air dress, for dinner - in a strict dark dress, and to wear jewelry for the evening premiere, then why shouldn't the living room change its appearance depending on the time of day and the mood of the owners? At the very least, the architect thought out such a scenario and made everything so that the space, while changing, remained equally elegant. Natalya Eliseeva has provided three levels of illumination that affect the character of the interior: spotlights, hidden light (fluorescent lamps give it a warm shade), additional lighting for the column. “I tried to level the cinema equipment in the living room interior,” the architect says. “In my opinion, it’s inappropriate to focus on the equipment’s technological effectiveness. But what’s important is a sense of subtle luxury and stability. This interior has to watch a good movie in friends company".
