Bathrooms become a wellness area. Taking care of yourself and well-being become the main goals of designers and manufacturers. Rodolfo Dordogne created a block for the Effegibi brand, combining a hammam and a sauna. The novelty with the eloquent title BodyLove (“to love the body”) was an event within the Milan furniture salon. Materials: painted aluminum, laminated stoneware, marble botticino, corian, copper. Finishing saunas: ash in heat treatment. The walls of the sauna are made of heat-treated hardwood with a “smoked” aroma and an unusual modern texture.

“BodyLove is neither a project nor an object. BodyLove is a concept, a feeling. The question of feelings in relation to yourself, your confidence in relation to your own body and, ultimately, love to your own body, ”- this is how the manufacturer characterizes the plumbing novelty. The Italian company Effegibi, professionals in the field of equipment for saunas and Turkish baths, began working with Rodolfo Dordoni after many years of consistent work with designer Giovanna Talocci in order to get a different point of view and a new style. “The emotional and sensual aspect was extremely important to me,” comments the Dordogne.
