Light wells provide access to natural light, despite the height of the building. From the first floor there are exits to the terraces, which occupy 700 square meters. m and decorated by landscape designer.

On the floors above, there are executive offices that are interspersed with open spaces: according to the chosen concept, employees can move freely enough between working spaces depending on current tasks. Also there are enough recreation rooms, modular meeting rooms, meeting rooms. Signs and symbolic division of zones with the help of color and furniture help not to get confused.

Since 80% of the staff is female, Sarah chose colors that reflect feminine elegance. Here is her signature blue Sarah Blue, powder pink, the color of green tea.

Accents are placed in bright yellow and black. The whole palette plays an important role in conveying the idea of a “hospitable home”. The effect enhances the choice of materials - walnut wood, marble, brass, velvety textiles.
