Toncelli's Essence Kitchen embodies the balance of woodworking and modern high-tech materials. The brand follows the make trend, attracting craftsmen and combining manual labor with the latest developments. The material chosen for the Essence model is unique: it is a fossilized beech that has lain for thousands of years under the riverbed in Serbia, absorbed minerals and acquired exceptional hardness and strength characteristics, similar to stone. For the facades it is covered with natural oil. The cooking unit is made of titanium steel, durable, durable, heat-resistant material, popular in the manufacture of jewelry.
In order to scrupulously think about the storage and filling of this, in the highest sense, professional kitchen, the famous Italian chef Emanuele Scarello, the owner of two Michelin stars and the head of the Agli Amici family restaurant, was invited. Thus, the price of 400,000 euros does not look to Essence, this genuine product made in Italy, overpriced. The premiere of the cuisine took place during the EuroCucina exhibition at iSaloni in Milan, in April 2016.
The main element of Essence is the working island, inside it there are various devices conceived with the participation of chef Emanuele Sarello. Two sinks are located symmetrically on both sides of the kitchen island. Unique material - petrified wood - gives an incomparable look to a new kitchen. For the drawers, in the spirit of the latest trends, convenient handles are designed, representing a single whole with the facades. All joints and surfaces subjected to flawless processing.
