Through the enfilade of the halls, the architects laid a “fashion track” - a highway marked by a dotted line, directing the movement of visitors and compositionally “closing” the space of the store. The showcases and counters located along this highway, the architects ingeniously define as "a picnic on the sidelines, a parade of marching and flying objects of author's design." A kind of modernist game among the monumental urban environment. Such is the lapidary and expressive remark of the authors of "Palermo" in a dialogue with one of seven Moscow skyscrapers.
