“The main feature of the apartment is six huge panoramic windows to the floor, which makes the apartment’s space filled with light every day and in any weather,” the designer says, “The outer wall of the apartment repeats the smooth arc line, making the layout unusual.

The complex tasks include a rather large list of rooms (two bathrooms - a children's and an adult, two dressing rooms, a technical room, three children’s, a bedroom, a kitchen and a large living room) that needed to be planned without losing the necessary functionality and comfort.

Since this is not the first project for this family, I already knew the preferences, important features of their rhythm of life. The apartment already had a central air preparation system, the engineers only refined the natural ventilation system in the rooms. Rather simple windows from the developer were replaced with a system of panoramic glazing from Schuco aluminum profile. Specialists of the On-Off Systems company designed a power supply and lighting system.

Work on the project was carried out for about three years. Construction and finishing works took one year. Also immediately after the completion of construction in a short time, the kitchen, bathrooms, dressing rooms, and children’s rooms were completely resolved and furnished. Above the living room, dining room, bedroom, details, decoration, textiles, we worked for one and a half years with a few pauses.

Upholstered furniture in the living room, the dining room group was ordered from Italy through our partner, Trio Interior. The rest of the furniture was designed according to our designs and was produced individually for our project in Russia. All plumbing was ordered through the company "Tanit". The flooring is an engineering board from the design collection of the Dutchman Pete Buna for Solidfloor.

I am interested in timeless interiors, the impeccable quality of all materials, textures and surfaces. We always work only with the best brands and it is always interesting to use strong innovative solutions and technologies both in design and in materials. And I also love handicrafts and handicrafts. ”
