Design without design - the principle of Lana Grineva. In her project - a spacious apartment on Ostozhenka: noble materials, collection art and an impeccable selection of brands.
Lana GrinevaАрхитектурное бюро PHD, Philosophy of Design “There is nothing better than natural materials. They are originally out of fashion. You see them - you believe them. This is a luxurious simplicity - the most popular trend today. This is the twenty-first century "
none " />Обширной представительской зоне отведены 70 кв. м из общей площади 250 кв. м. The dining room is decorated with elegant walnut chairs from Ceccotti Collezioni. Sliding table Poliform. On the table are Christofle glasses and vases, Richard Ginori plates for Missoni Home. The apartment had an asymmetrical plan, one wall went off at an obtuse angle. The space was leveled by constructing a built-in wardrobe Gaggenau. The depth of the shelves is from 20 to 60 cm. In the wide part, the wine cellar for 500 bottles, medium and narrow, is reserved for dishes. Люстра, диз. Дж. Сарфатти, Flos. Пол — орех. Все столярные работы: компания King Wood. На столе салатник и столовые приборы Sаmbonet. Stylist shooting Olga Koroleva. Bulthaup kitchen is located in a niche behind sliding panels. Stylist shooting Olga Koroleva. The project is just built on natural textures. The apartment is located in the Ostozhenka area, in the luxury complex Cristal House (architecture - Project Meganom bureau). Lana designed housing for a family of three. By the way, this is not her first collaboration with the customer. Before that there was a country house, then an office. If they made the house light, in a bleached wood, “Scandinavian,” as defined by Lana herself, then the apartment is different: in darker, more saturated colors using walnut and smoky oak. “It happens to make-up day, sometimes evening. So it is with us. We considered the apartment as an evening option: you return to it after a day spent in the city and the office. ”
On the wall is the work of K. Zvezdochetov "Russia, which we lost" (2006, XL Gallery). On the bed Flou red fox blanket. During the collaboration, the customer and the architect became friends, they were united by the love of modern art and architecture. Not surprisingly, the art influenced the project: even at the planning stage, they knew where the work would hang. “When a person has a passion, I’m close and understandable, it’s especially pleasant to work,” says Lana. “The collector and the architecture understand differently.”
The work of Dubosarsky and Vinogradov completes the perspective: it can be seen even from the master bedroom. The apartment has a lot of unique: what is created specifically for this project. Wall and ceiling panels, doors, partitions, and parts of the winery are all designed by an architect and made by Russian craftsmen. Beauty is combined with manufacturability, solutions were invented that did not exist before. For example, the construction in the hall: the door is pushed out of the wall - and the private area is completely isolated from the public. To get away from the notorious "design" (and also for the convenience of the child), they invented doors without handles - with a carved chute to the full height.
In the office - a classic design: chair, diz. A. Jacobsen, Artifort, table, diz. M. Breuer, Thonet. On the wall is the work of V. Pivovarov from the series “Apartment 22” (1994, XL Gallery). Carpet The Rug Company. And what about synthetics - completely unacceptable? “If possible, it’s better to avoid it,” said Lana. - A person should live in the natural, dress in the natural. It happens, of course, that artificial materials are indispensable. Suppose if the task is to make a kitchen of a complex configuration especially practical, I will break myself, take a modern composite. But I will not strive to imitate a stone, I will focus on color. I never use wallpaper - it seems to me that the walls even stop breathing when they are stuck. I agree only when asked to the nursery: so that children can draw. Here I am unarmed. ”
The view from the work of A. Reuter "Tomorrow" (2007, Regina Gallery) opens to the apartment. From the wall that separates the hall, the door is pulled out, and the private area is completely isolated from the hallway. Meridiani sofas and armchairs in Lora Piano wool upholstery. Chairs Star Trek, diz. R. Lazzeroni, Ceccotti Collezioni. Christian Liaigre floor lamp, Alison Berger Glassworks vases. On the wall - the work of A. Volkov. In the decoration we have several wood options, - says the architect. - On the floor amber-warm walnut. On the walls, the color is harder, but also warm, and there is also a painted anthracite-colored oak. Three components - the classic version. No more use. ” Lana masterfully handles wood: it combines natural with painted wood and adds cold details to a warm base, for example, smoked walnut furniture from Ceccotti Collezioni. Wall panels exhibit a large flowing pattern, floor - stripes of different widths, wine cellar blinds - thin rulers. “Oak can be painted like no other tree; it can be turned into ash and wenge. Yes, and it is good in terms of density - suitable for Russian conditions ... Today, I am interested in cedar. It is soft, eco-friendly. I will do the next project with him. ”
The master bathroom is in marble arabescato. Glass partitions Haefele. Plumbing Kaldewei, Flaminia, equipment Dornbracht. “I work with as large slabs as possible - this is my business card. In the office of the customer there were plates 1.5 by 2.5 m. Imagine: a solid plate from floor to ceiling! In this project, Slabs were used exclusively of the same grade, I do not like to combine different ones in the same room. Unfortunately, few people know how to make a competent layout. To the veins (veins) formed a beautiful, and most importantly, natural pattern. I even went to Italy for production - I did a fitting.
Guest bathroom. The decoration used large slabs marble nuvolato appuano. Plumbing Flaminia, Dornbracht. Architect Lana Grineva has an excellent taste for works of art and author's design. One of the successes is the walnut Star Trek chairs and Ma belle con braccioli Roberto Lazzeroni chairs, elegant and incredibly light. The Ceccotti Collezioni brand specializes in unique wood processing. All items are made by hand and stand out with a special quality even among designer brands. Many became exhibits of museums. According to Lazzeroni, the design today is doomed to become more feminine, its lines more subtle: “Nothing monumental, we are returning to the best ideas of French Art Deco”.
The apartment is equipped with a "smart home" system. It allows, for example, to control the climate control from the console, turn on the music in any of the rooms or program to open the curtains at seven in the morning. Also, create different light scenarios. At the core - Lutron equipment. It was this American company that invented the dimmer in 1961, and today delivers exclusive systems to boutique hotels, offices and premium yachts. Lana appreciates this equipment and because it helped to avoid a huge number of switches. "They kill the best project and in an apartment of this level is unacceptable." It is important that this technique saves electricity, its consumption is reduced to 20 percent.
