Callum graduated from several high schools: first the Glasgow School of Art in Glasgow, and then the Royal College of Art in London (Royal College of Art) with a master’s degree in auto design. Starting a career in Ford, from 1979 to 1990, Callum managed to work around the world: in the British, Italian, Australian and even the Japanese offices of the company. In 1991, he was appointed chief designer of the British engineering company TWR (Tom Walkinshaw Racing).
