The project is an apartment hotel with 200 rooms - Hollywood Proper Residences offers fully decorated and unfurnished rooms for longer stays. Kelly designed the interiors of the rooms, including four penthouses, and public areas. Created "Californian" spaces - modern and relaxed. In the decisions repelled by the place of sunny weather and proximity to Hollywood. I chose a neutral palette, elements of polished metal, natural wood. In the suites - modern furniture, art and vintage finds.
