Fürstenberg: sets by alfredo häberli

One of the oldest porcelain houses in Germany, Fürstenberg, presented a collection of dishes by Swiss designer Alfredo Häberli. The master of universal design, as Heberley is often called, offers three lines of dining sets, combined in the Fluen collection.

Heberley repeatedly argued that he was a great colorist. In the Fluen Shifting Colors line, the designer demonstrates subtle work with color, filling the classic golden edge of the plate with warm yellow, sky blue and soft pink.

In Fluen White white porcelain, the designer focuses on an extremely simple, concise, but at the same time refined form. Classic cups and a teapot have a single decorative and expressive detail - a broad geometrically outlined handle. The plates and saucers vary smoothly raised edges, and a vase for fruit resembles a perfect antique bowl.

In the Fluen Fine lines line, the designer works with an “optical” ornament - the intersection of a set of the thinnest lines creates the feeling of a “relief” pattern and an iridescent porcelain surface.

"The most important thing for me was the creation of a pure and poetic form."

As expected, the delivery of Fluen porcelain will be possible from May 2017.
