The house in which the housing is located falls under the renovation program, so the owners have limited the budget. The task was to create a comfortable apartment for rent with a neutral decor and thoughtful functionality.
The main feature and the central element of the apartment was a wall with a semi-transparent tempered glass screen 113x208cm. It shares a kitchen and a narrow bathroom - this is a small room with a window and a compact shower. In order to visually expand the space, the designer used white trim and furniture that reflect light.
The bathroom and kitchen are separated by a wall with frosted translucent glass.Hidden storage systems made it possible not to occupy an architectural niche as a built-in cabinet, but to leave it open. Due to this, the interior is more air and visual interest. The original features of the room, such as the concrete table and the brick wall, were retained and restored.
A small workplace has been created near the window.
