Interior Designer Eilat Dar (Eilat Dar) has created a minimalist and functional interior. Apartment of 50 square meters. meters located in Tel Aviv, in the area of ​​Jaffa.

The house in which the housing is located falls under the renovation program, so the owners have limited the budget. The task was to create a comfortable apartment for rent with a neutral decor and thoughtful functionality.

Small rooms have well-designed storage spaces. One of them was a folding seat by the window. A stylish and practical solution was the installation of cabinets without handles with the "push to open" system.

The main feature and the central element of the apartment was a wall with a semi-transparent tempered glass screen 113x208cm. It shares a kitchen and a narrow bathroom - this is a small room with a window and a compact shower. In order to visually expand the space, the designer used white trim and furniture that reflect light.

The bathroom and kitchen are separated by a wall with frosted translucent glass.

Hidden storage systems made it possible not to occupy an architectural niche as a built-in cabinet, but to leave it open. Due to this, the interior is more air and visual interest. The original features of the room, such as the concrete table and the brick wall, were retained and restored.

A small workplace has been created near the window.
