For Stone Italiana — a manufacturer of quartz and marble based composite materials — Salmistro designed the Trama Bar Table. A table-top with a geometric pattern in shades of blue and a massive base are made of quartz agglomerate. The base is created using the U-design technology: the material is brought to a liquid state, which allows you to cast various forms from it.

For the LondonArt wallpaper manufacturer, Elena created new prints: fantastic drawings reminiscent of the culture of ancient Egypt, herbaria and Victorian graphic illustrations. The palette is dominated by trend shades of blue and red, which experts at the Frankfurt exhibition Heimtextil recommend using together and separately to create a balanced "energy-efficient" interior. As well as characteristic color Salmistro.

The figurines not only pay tribute to the legends of design, but also illustrate the characteristic signs of their work. Thus, the figure of Alessandro Mendini is decorated with the iconic “pixel” pattern, and in the “portrait” of Michele de Lucca, the outlines of the Alessi Pulcina coffee machine are encrypted.

According to Elena Salmistro, this is her gift to those whose work has so strongly influenced her perception of design, have shaped the taste. “True masters, they did not have to represent themselves, to talk about how their ideas differed. The energy of their creation was enough to understand who they really are, what their vision is. And to demonstrate that every designer is what he creates. ”
