Danish design for italian life

Danish designer brand Hay, office company WeWork, and Sonos sound brand have teamed up to "challenge everyday working life". At 1500 square meters. meters of the Milan Palazzo Clerici, they organized a grand exhibition Hay, Sonos and WeWork, comparing modern design with ornate Italian interiors.

The Sonos and WeWork exhibition occupies the ground floor rooms of a neoclassical historic building. The exposition takes place through scenarios of work, cooking, dinner, study and rest.

Important elements of the exhibition are the New Order design by Stefan Diez for WeWork, as well as the new products by GamFratesi, Shane Wiener and the Ronan and Ervan Burullek chair Elementaire for Hay, set against the backdrop of Glas Italia screens. According to Burullekov, a simple, affordable plastic chair is needed at home "like jeans or a white T-shirt."

Sonos' sound installation “to reflect family life in concrete rooms in the whole house” was created by Briton Trevor Jackson.
