Czech and polish design: exhibition in moscow

The collection of Polish and Czech design of 1958-1968 is exhibited from April 10 to April 22, 2018 Moscow, in the Central House of Artists.

Porcelain, glass, furniture, toys, household appliances and electronics. All items are united by a single time, they were all produced en masse, in thousands of copies. Exhibitors belong to the personal collections of collectors Jan Enishty (Czech Republic) and Philip Spek (Poland). On the opening day of the exhibition, both curators will conduct an excursion, and on April 11 at 5 pm Philip Speck will give a lecture on the theme “The uniqueness of Polish design in the 60s of the 20th century”. The exhibition is organized by the Czech Center and the Polish Cultural Center in Moscow.
