Cristina celestino for sergio rossi

Designer Cristina Celestino (Cristina Celestino) quickly became one of the most sought after authors. It was Chelestino who ordered the atmosphere of the flagship boutique Sergio Rossi in Paris.

For the concept store, designed by architect Marco Kostanci, Christina Celestino came up with a collection of furniture in the spirit of a modern living room: sofas, display cases to showcase new collections, as well as mirrors and screens. Everything is designed in a single scale and general style of a disturbing, romantic-sexual femininity. This image tends to form in their clients Milan footwear brand.

In the design of furniture, Christina "encrypted" the brand's DNA: the legs were made in the form of heels from a new, iconic sr1 collection; the screens are “laced”, like the iconic Opanca sandals, and the display cases are upholstered in suede, the shoemakers' trademark material. The mirrors refer to the tradition of sartories, atelier, in which clothes and shoes are made to order, and instead of chairs and banquettes, a couch is made in the spirit of vis à vis models - interlocutors (or clients) can sit facing each other and naturally discuss fitting.

Collaboration with top designers is one of Sergio Rossi’s strategic steps on “rejuvenation”. Changes in the shoe brand began after its sale by the Kering holding (head: Francois-Henri Pinault) to the private investment company Investindustrial in 2015. The brand revival project should bear fruit in 2018. The new e-commerce site, individual partners for each market, the revitalization of retail trade, the opening of stores in Tokyo (in GinzaSix), Beijing and Hong Kong - not a complete list of reorganizations. The company has set itself an ambitious goal to double its revenue over the next five years and reach a figure of 140 million euros. Today, it is mono-brands (such as the Paris boutique) that bring Sergio Rossi 70% of the income.

The designer crossed the light tones, pale pink skin and whitish, like limestone, with rich: purple, like blooming amaranth, and bright green needles.

Kristina comes to Moscow to hold a master class on the theme of literate use of color in the interior at the iSaloni Worldwide Moscow exhibition at Crocus Expo. Master class "Talk in flowers": Friday, October 13, at 13:30.
