“The advantage of such an apartment is that the buyer can enter it shortly after the purchase,” explains Sonya and Alex. - It is important that the finish is neutral and of high quality, then it will become a good base for subsequent decorating work. However, the finished decoration (and especially the layout) has a serious disadvantage: the solution can be objectively rational, comfortable and beautiful, but it will not correspond one hundred percent to the lifestyle and needs of a particular family.

For the project in the center of Moscow, architects chose objects of leading European brands. Chandelier 2097 - the iconic design model by J. Sarfatti (1958). It is released by Flos. The architects chose all furniture, lamps, fabrics, linen, curtains, carpets, accessories, dishes, paintings, equipment for the apartment ... The most important, defining things — the sofa, the bed, the armchairs, the dresser in the living room — became the most expensive. “If we are not talking about the design of the decor we were working on in this case, but about housing from scratch, then two categories are especially important: a good base (finishing materials and above all the floor), and heavy-duty furniture: a kitchen, wardrobes, beds, work chairs - everything that is actively used daily. But the rest can be saved. ”

“The first condition for a luxury interior is luxury materials in the right combinations. The second - the things in the development and production of which labor is invested; here can be attributed works of art. Finally, the third condition is high designer culture. ”
