Ocean yacht Daybreak fully complies with its rainbow name "Dawn", and the logic of the life of those (and they must be said a fair number in the world) who came up with sea voyages "without a special purpose" for pleasure The atmosphere of the cabin is designed to immediately make you forget that the guests are not at a party reception, but on a small ship that feels confident in the boundless sea elements. So, the interior introduces the guest into a funny mistake: it seems that this is the living room of a small, elegant hotel from the distant romantic twenties, when the aesthetic tastes of the guests completely coincided with the ideas that time itself suggested - art deco. The decorators from the Marc-Michaels Interior Design Bureau carefully followed precisely these style preferences when they were working on the design of Daybreak. The walls are golden honey-colored with gold brocade. Sofas - with a large vegetable pattern. Pillows are decorated with a mandatory fringe. A gold-plated armchair with a cozy ottoman adds another accent to the romantic atmosphere of the cabin - magnificent solemnity. Lovers of minimalism - please do not worry: before you conduct arrogant talk about "too" and "excessively", you should remember that Art Deco is a style for sybarites. Wicker armchairs with soft, streamlined shapes, whose silhouettes were borrowed not just anywhere, but in a sophisticated XVIII century, would have looked, probably, in a different context, alien here: here it’s impossible to blame them. Glass tables on gracefully-thin legs reminiscent of the same era, but already - in the spirit of "this age." The main part of the interior of the cabin is an antique pediment on low columns-lamps. The decorators "diluted" the noble severity of the Hellenic forms with quotes from epochs closer to us in time: for example, the sparkling, pompous wall covering is a tribute to modern technologies, and the lilac mermaid is an echo of impressionism, which seemed to be a thing of the past.
