Our magazine has already published house designs, created specifically for the elite settlement Millennium Park, which is building VILLAGIO ESTATE. New project - the house "Fermata" from the collection "Major"

Architect Elena Andreeva talks about how she sees the interior of this house: “In the interior, I want to support the ideas of the architect who worked on the building’s project. For example, an interesting constructivist method of origin is used - rhythmic vertical beams on the facade (in sunny weather they give very beautiful shadows. I decided to support the theme of verticals in the interior. And express it with the help of large architectural volumes. For example, a staircase. It repeats the rhythm of the vertical lines of the facade. Or a fireplace that grows upwards like this. glazing ...

The length of the living room on my sketch, I divided into two parts using the rack, and I think it immediately began to look more comfortable. It may seem that the furniture is suitable rectangular, rigid. But it is not so, with the rigidity here it is not necessary to overdo it. Let the furniture be modern concise, but at the same time smooth forms. Like these footstools or this chair MOROSO. And the lamps here are needed modern, but with a hint of the classics. Such releases, for example, BAGA. I think this interior as monochrome, but with some bright accents. Designer furniture with bright upholstery will cope with the role of accents. "
