Famous Moscow Design Center Artplay changed the address. Now it is located in the building of a weaving factory built in 1904 (Timur Frunze St. 11, p. 34). In Soviet times, it was called "Red Rose". "When we came here, trees grew inside, and in hot summer weather inexplicably flowed water from the roof,” says architect Sergey Desyatov, “that is, there was complete devastation in an area of 1.5 thousand square meters. We cleaned the concrete , reinforced the ceiling beams, removed all the old ventilation systems and designed several rooms without disturbing the overall architectural concept of this building. The most pleasant thing was that we were not limited to any framework because we created all this for ourselves. " In addition to the furniture salon in the new Artplay An artistic cafe-club, an interior accessories shop and an architectural bureau appeared.
