It is believed that each design method has its pros and cons. But there is an exception to this rule: there is practically no fur of minuses. His story is as deep as the man’s story. He is a cult material, the personification of luxury and style, an indicator of taste and social status. Finally, fur is one of the most beautiful legends of modern design. With the mysteriousness of the fur can argue perhaps that the mysteriousness of the Russian soul - not without reason that both are emblematic for our culture. The fur has little effect on the spatial solution: in fact, this is a purely decorative device. And yet his appearance in the interior can radically change the style and atmosphere of the house. Tactile sensations are extremely important for fur. It is no coincidence that fur is usually present in the house as accessories - carpets, hides, pillows, or blankets - that is, those items that we often touch. Every nuance matters - the length of the pile, the softness and texture of the fur. Plus color: in contrast to such "legends" of the design of the XX century, such as plastic, fur is a natural material. The variety of his natural drawings shows once again how difficult it is to compete with nature in creativity. But if there is a desire to try, then modern technologies provide great opportunities: you can dye the fur completely, you can - partially. Symbolically, fur always indicates a tradition. Bears, wolfs and foxes, which have become classics since medieval castles, are beyond competition today. Their modern version is one of the most popular trends today, namely, savage, which also uses exotic furs - tigers, zebras, and leopards. In addition, today fur is the most vivid example of how haute couture fashion affects interior design. It is from the clothing aesthetics that new types of fur come for interior decoration. For example, due to its beauty and durability, mink fur has become the most popular not only in tailoring, but also in interior accessories. Carpets made from cowhide, sheepskin, or lamb skins are also relatively recent inventions. Paying tribute to the aristocratic past of the fur and the ancient ways of its manufacture, the designers treat it as a modern material. In practice, this means that the fur falls into the sphere of experiments - it is not only painted in extreme colors, but also perforated, a screen pattern is applied to it, embroidered and decorated with decorative details. Anyway, the fur today fits into almost any interior - from country to urban luxury. It is appropriate everywhere, because it embodies the idea of warmth, comfort and well-being. Therefore, fur is out of fashion, it is forever.
