The customer, a Swiss by birth, has long enjoyed the island of Malta. Beautiful architecture, a special island culture and a very good location - between Europe and Africa. The weather is almost always good, the sea is calm, the picturesque coast. Direct flights, the road to Geneva takes only two hours. Not far from the capital of Malta - Valletta - is the town of St. Julians, known for its high-class hotels and yacht clubs. One of the most interesting complexes built here lately is Portomaso. This is where the penthouse in question is located. The customer bought it immediately, as soon as they announced the start of construction of the complex, choosing apartments with sea views and deciding to settle thoroughly in Malta. The Portomaso complex is an extension - a continuation of the Hilton hotel and includes a business center, apartments, a private beach, and a yacht club. On a yacht to Sicily and Sardinia - within reach. Weather permitting, Sicily is visible from the terrace, which is adjacent to the apartment.
The area of the apartments themselves - 200 square meters. meters, plus a hundred-meter terrace. When you go out on it, it seems that it is even more than the interior. Now they have made a roof over the terrace, which protects from rain in winter and from sun in summer. There is so much sun here that you have to hide from it.
