Tired of the monochrome surfaces of minimalism, decorators enthusiastically returned to the multi-colored patterned wallpaper and fabrics. A wall with an ornament, in contrast to a single-colored one, already in itself forms a certain stylistic mood and thereby sets the tone for the whole interior. At the same time, thanks to the possibilities of eclecticism, which has already become the rule of good tone, no framework or restrictions arise. The combination of colored wallpaper imitating ancient frescoes with light white objects of the 60s and neo-baroque gives a pleasant result. This is a union beneficial to both parties. Objects with a smooth white surface - a chair, a bedside table or a floor lamp - emphasize the sophistication of a complex, as if embossed ornament. Conversely, the contrasting background reveals the beautiful forms of these things. Almost everything is suitable for wallpaper with geometric patterns - from the strict ardekozhnogo chairs to romantic lace and lamps with pendants. Among other advantages of wallpaper-covered and fabric-covered walls is the ability to change the interior beyond recognition, leaving all the furniture in place. Wallpaper is relatively easy to change, if they are already tired or, for example, a beautiful new sofa requires a different entourage.
