Probably, every designer is secretly attracted by the risky idea of creating a cozy living room interior in a room that is not intended for that at all. Attic - this is exactly the place: low ceilings, crowded, pipes, dust, dirt - all the delights of the industrial landscape. But is such inconvenience able to restrain the creative impulse? Moreover, behind all this lies considerable space and more than ample opportunities.Prehistory Surprisingly, in other apartments, where the ceiling height reaches three meters, breathing is not as easy as here. But, it seems, it would be necessary to draw the head into the shoulders. But no, you can speak, proudly straighten your back. The space is felt to the maximum. By decision of the general meeting of housing cooperatives, confirmed by the decision of the city authorities, tenants of the last floor were given the opportunity to buy out the attic space that coincides around the perimeter with the apartment, minus the premises occupied by communications. And here we are - an island of the technical floor, adapted for housing. Designers had to solve a difficult task: to “become attached” to the risers of the lower floor and to arrange kitchen and sanitary facilities in accordance with them. At the same time, it was impossible to touch the ventilation boxes, as a result of which they became the core of the future dwelling. The next feature of the zone being mastered was the minimum height of the ceilings - 2.10 m. This made it impossible to stretch the necessary communications under the floor. And then they were raised to the top. Pipes ascended to the level of the beam and were safely decorated. As a result, two classical columns appeared in the hall, as if supporting a beam. The hosts say that during the spring drip they hear a pleasant murmur of water in the drain pipe. Now about the windows, narrow and long. There are eight of them. The main focus is that the level of the horizon in them coincides with the level of the eyes of a standing person. This creates a normal state of health, low ceiling does not press. Normal windows were replaced with PVC windows, slightly larger. Accordingly, the flow of light entering the room has increased. Six windows along with subwindow spaces are exquisitely beaten like podium niches, the authors call them "pops". They exhibit aquariums, natural flowers and sculptures of Boris Cherstvo. Dotted halogen bulbs illuminated the mysterious game of goldfish, swaying the green foliage of a mini-winter garden and bronze silhouettes. In order to keep the pressure of the ceiling to a minimum, the whole room is kept in bright colors. Ceilings, walls, door covers - pure snow reigns everywhere. The owners - a family of four, who often have many guests - jokingly notice that thanks to the "capture" of the attic, they received a "second level of life." The first remained business, the second became purely family, intimate. In addition, when the repair breaks out below, above it will be possible to fully and quietly exist. It’s like the two decks of a large ship, subordinate to the general movement, but completely independent of each other. But before embarking on swimming, let us dwell on one more important technical point, which is under the jurisdiction of plumbers. “What if an accident happens?” They will ask. “Knock to the owners then, do not reach!” That's not it. Serving cranes are brought outside the upper apartment, and the mechanic has free access to them 24 hours a day. You can get into the apartment in two ways: through the front door or up the stairs (or the ladder?) Leading from the lower apartment. The first way is for guests, the second is rather for the hosts. Five-bedroom apartment with a total area of 124 m2 It consists of two parallel suites. At the same time children's room (15.7 m2) - the most distant, with it we begin. The first suite Children's A thirteen-year-old teenager lives here, the room was arranged according to his wishes and preferences. Easy simple furniture: desk, stand for linen. The racks collected from the panels are made according to the sketches of Yuri Zubenko. In a nontrivial arrangement of the shelves, if you look closely, you can guess the outlines of the Chinese character. Computer Hall. The doors (they are the closets of the cabinet) are closed and ... you can forget about the children for a while. The design was developed on the principle of secret library doors in medieval castles. And no wonder: a room (22.5 m2) conceived as remote as possible from the life processes of the apartment. Here is the office of the hostess, where she is left alone with her computer. On the perimeter there are cabinets, also made according to the sketches of the designer. In the cabinets, to cheer the interior, handcrafted frosted crystal vessels appeared. When it is dark, the lights turn the vases into colored lanterns. Thus, the room can be in one of two states: in the intimate twilight or under working lighting. The second suite Hall lounge. From this premise, the apartment, in fact, begins, since the first thing that enters is exactly here. This is the largest (23.4 m2) and the most "public" zone. There is a TV here, but the room is designed for both leisure and business meetings, so you can call it a mess room. The design is subordinated to the general idea of lightness and non-overloading. Minimum furniture. An angular sofa covered with matte printed fabric and tapestry pillows bring comfort to the room, and a red lamp from LUCE PLAN made of bicarbonate - stylish. The glass surface of a small coffee table on plump legs does not take space. The concept of minimalism is confirmed by the aesthetics and functions of the only architectural detail - beams with two slender snow-white columns. And the ship theme is supported by the deck laying of the laminated laminated oak. In the kitchen, parquet flooring is turned into ceramic tiles of golden bread tones. Kitchen-dining room. Zone (14 m2) united and most joyful. Dominated by a long dining table-transformer. If necessary, it decomposes to two meters, behind it is quite possible to arrange a noisy festive feast. A bright tablecloth symbolizes the tumult of nature and life, and at the same time stimulates the appetite. It is easy to see that the color solution of the apartment is not mixed only in whiteness. Color accents - green, yellow, orange, pink - were placed on functional objects (carpets, lamps, glass). Same color (as evidenced by the name of the model COLORS, BERLONI) selected furniture for the kitchen. And then you find yourself in the kingdom of Moydodyr, which includes a bathroom, toilet, shower room and a relaxation room, which precedes the sauna. Bathroom. You are welcome in an independent labyrinth, concealing new unexpected impressions. In the resulting free space fit boiler room. When once a year the hot water is turned off for a month, there is always a 200-liter supply with a temperature of 80-85 degrees, which is very convenient. A light green tone and whiteness reign in the bathroom (in the headset from ROBERTO PATACCHIA, as well as the TEUCO-266 hydromassage bath). A glass door leads to a cozy sauna, clad in clapboard of evaporated knotless pine. Parents bedroom. Spacious bedroom (20 m2) closes the second suite. This room seemed to me the most light. And some even peaceful-air. Perhaps, because the huge mirror of the wardrobe increases the space, and it is echoed by an oval mirror opposite it. And maybe because the "pop" window here stretched the entire width of the room. The abundance of lively greenery attracts attention. The giant bed - the VALENCIA bed with night lamps built into the back - is covered with a green checkered bedspread. At the request of firefighters, an additional, secret entrance was made here, decorated with a cabinet on wheels and clearly adding a room of mysterious romanticism. Through the windows look through the rays of the Moscow sun. A white double-deck ship has just recently set sail. I want to sincerely wish it to be happy and long.
