Restaurant "R.I.Ts. Carlson is located on the 14th floor of the Central City Tower. That is why the customers decided to name the restaurant in the name of the beloved hero who lives on the roof.

Thanks to the panoramic glazing, it offers a stunning view of Moscow. Along the perimeter of the room is a summer terrace. “We made a fusion restaurant,” says the author of the project. Julia Lisovskaya. “There are classic ceiling moldings, concrete walls, decor in the spirit of Provence, and high-tech glazing.” The main hall of the restaurant is a U-shaped space, in the center of which there is a 22-meter concrete bar counter, painted according to the author’s sketches (urban rooftops, red propeller, jars of jam, a big spoon - Karlson though). From the menu, the chef recommends Tartar from Sakhalin scallops with tuna and crispy vegetable julienne, river fish consommé with baked peppers, potatoes and onion pie, on the hot side - Chili sea bass tagliatta with green asparagus and saffron risotto, for dessert - tiramisu with risotto. balm and raspberry sorbet.
